As the same way you went with the Disk Clean Up, Click on the disk defragmenter. By doing the disk defragmenter it will take scattered information and organize them, so your computer will spend less time searching for them.

Step3: Search and Delete Spies

If your internet connection is slowing down rapidly, it can also so mean that your computer is full of Spyware and also Malware. So I recommend getting an Anti-spyware and an Anti-malware program.
